By examining your computer in its normal environment, our technicians can more easily distinguish between problems involving your computer and those stemming from your peripheral devices or software configuration. In most cases, our technicians are able to resolve service calls in the home, although there are instances where the computer is taken back to our clinic for further tests and treatment.
